The Consultative Information Center (CIC) was registered in September 1995.
It is a regional organization (Pavlodarskay Oblast, republic of Kazakstan) that
provides local NGO support. It seeks to provide objective information on political, legal, social,
and economic questions.
Areas of Activity & Objectives:
- Publishing analytical articles in local newspapers.
- Legal and spiritual education of citizens and NGOs.
- Sociological research.
- The development of civic society in Kazakhstan.
- Realization of effective forms of interaction between NGOs and local
government authorities.
- The defense of human rights and freedoms.
- The promotion of new non-traditional forms of business cooperation.
- The promotion of public support for private business
- The establishment of a public access email center for NGOs in the Pavlodar region.
