If pre-paying, please mail a check for the appropriate sum made out to "CSI" to our address below. If paying with a credit card, CSI accepts Amex, VISA, or Mastercard.

Domestic Priority Shipping For Priority Mail service (two-three business days for delivery), please add $1.00 to shipping and handling costs for each item above.  International Shipping  For exact international shipping charges, please send an e-mail to CSI's orders department, specifying the titles and quantity of books you wish to order, the country to which they would be sent, and whether you prefer surface or air delivery. We will quote you exact shipping charges.  For a rough idea of charges, International Surface Mail costs between $3 and $7 for items in the table above, depending on the weight of the item and country to which it would be shipped. Be aware that surface rate mail can take six-eight weeks. International Air Mail can add $5 to $12 to the price of the book. Allow one-two weeks for international air delivery.
