Organization Form Entry Example

Contact Person

This should be filled in with the name and title of the person that should field questions regarding your organization or its projects. The field can hold an unlimited amount of characters, so fill in a few names separated by commas and semicolons, or simply fill in the head of the organization. For example:

        Holt Ruffin, Executive Director;

Type of Organization

Here we would like one word or a short phrase which best describes the activities of your organization. For instance CCSI considers itself to be an "information clearinghouse." More than one category may apply, so if necessary use more than one of the types listed below to describe your activities.

International Partner(s)

This alludes to any outside organizations--outside of you native country--that you work with. The work can be in the form of collaboration on a project or publication, technical support, information sharing, etc.

For CCSI our International partner would be the "Agency for Social Information" in Moscow. We translate excerpts of their weekly bulletins into English and publish them on our listserv, and we archive excerpts of their Russian-language bulletin on our web site.

It isn't a large project, but it is an on-going project. Through out work with them we have been able to get a number of our publications translated into Russian, and even sold in Moscow.

Staff

With this we hope to find out the size and scope of the organization's programs. How many people work for the organization? Full-time or Part-time? For example:

        3 full-time office staff, 2 part-time interns.

        250 people in two US offices, and one Moscow office.
