Position Available:

     Co-Director
     Moscow, Russia

COUNTERPART Foundation, Inc., an international non-profit organization,
seeks a Resident Co-Director for the Non-Governmental Organization Sector
Support Program (NGOSSP). NGOSSP is a consortium effort, led by Save the
Children Federation, to facilitate the sustainable development and
strengthening of NGOs in Russia. Duties: design and implement
institutional development training programs for Russian NGOs; identify and
develop training materials and resources for NGO service center; submit
regular program and financial reports; co-supervise professional local
staff; develop network of international and indigenous NGOs. Requires:
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent; min. 3-5 years management, training and
development experience; strong organizational and communication skills;
knowledge of Russian non-profit sector; familiarity with USAID or other U.S.
Government funded projects. Prefers: Russian language proficiency, field
experience in Russia or other countries in the former Soviet Union.
