Subject: Save the Children NGO Competition
On March 24th Save the Children issued a request for
proposals for the "Linkage Grant" component of the "Russian
Civic Initiatives for Democratic and Economic Reform
Program". The program will provide funds to American NGOs
with partner NGOs in Russia. Proposals are due May 15th.
