I am trying to obtain information regarding city planning/administration in
the Soviet Union before Peristroika, and during the evolving process off the
past several years in the Russian Republic. I am concerned with all aspects
of this subject: political power/budget-financial constraints/training of
planners/methods, etc. and all areas of planning such as: sanitation, land
use, recreation, transportation, police, etc.
I would be thankful if any subscriber would be willing to share any of their
knowledge with me either by offering comments or accepting specific questions
in their area of expertise.
