Public-Access E-mail Station Opens in Bishkek
IREX announces the establishment of a "public-access" electronic
mail site at the National Library of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek. The
site offers free use of (and instruction in) electronic mail, and
is open to the general public for non-commercial purposes, Monday
through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
