The International Soros Science Education Program (ISSEP), a program of the
Open Society Institute, is seeking a Grants Administrator to be based in
Moscow to fill an immediate vacancy. The position requires fluency in
Russian, strong organizational skills, knowledge of computer databases, and
good interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in grants administration and a knowledge of United States
and Russian law regarding non-profits and granting desireable.
