THE RARE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AND LEARN 1/2 YEAR AT AN AMERICAN NEWSPAPER

Dear colleagues,

The Alfred Friendly Press Fellowships program which was founded 12 years ago by
the late Alfred Friendly, former managing editor of The Washington Post, is a
program to impart American journalistic traditions and respond to world wide
interest in the dissemination of fair and accurate news.

Every year about 10 journalists from all over the world are selected by the
Advisory Committee of this non-govermental, non-profit organization.

To apply for the forms to take part in the Fellowships, please, write to
