I am looking for information on animal control / humane organizations in
moscow. I have been able to find very little information in this area
except a few slight references to the existance of such organizations. I
am an animal control officer in florida, and a member of our state and
national animal control associations. {See our florida animal control

I am researching animal control institutions around the world. What are
their most pressing issues, how do they handle the problems we all face
in this field... I beleive our members would be very interested. It is
through interaction with others in our profession that we learn so much.
