Subject: computers for development

Civil Society List Members:

Just a note to inform you that I am here to assist with your development
efforts.

I specialize in providing new and used computer equipment to development
projects around the world. My company, Boston Computer Exchange (BCE), is
one of the largest distributors of new, factory refurbished and used
computer technology in the U.S. This mix of products (new and refurbished)
enables BCE to provide appropriate technology for each need.

We provide high quality, name brand equipment such as IBM, Compaq, Apple
and Toshiba, at a price significantly less expensive than PCs purchased
locally.

And we can take care of all logistical issues associated with placing
computers in developing countries (shipping, customs, etc.)

It would be my pleasure to help you design a strategy for incorporating
PCs into development initiatives. Please contact me if I can be of
assistance.

Best regards,
Jack Bardy
