Subject: ISAR-Kyiv's Information Bulletin
ISAR's Kyiv office publishes and distributes a monthly bulletin for NGOs of
Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine. The main purpose of the bulletin is to
facilitate the information flow among NGOs of the region, and to improve
contacts between West NIS and international organizations. The bulletin
contains information on seminars, conferences, local events, invitations for
cooperative activities, publications, info centers, research and study
opportunities, financial assistance programs, information resources,
announcements, and many other items of interest to those working with
environmental NGOs in Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine. The bulletin is in
Russian only and is distributed within the West NIS by postal mail and by
e-mail at the end of each month. Subscribers outside the West NIS can
receive the bulletin by email; it will be UUcoded. Contact:
