TRANSBOUNDARY AND ENVIRONMENTAL NEWS (TEN) is a
bulletin of the Transboundary and Environmental Information Agency, an
independent non-profit organization covering the transboundary region
of the Baltic states, Finland, and Northwest Russia, whose goal is to
promote international cooperation on a non-governmental level by
assisting in the distribution of information across border areas. TEN
focuses on newly available information on economic, environmental, and
social problems of the region and is available in English and Russian
free of charge. It is distributed by e-mail and fax. Contact:
