CIVIL INITIATIVES
The charitable NGO "Center for Assistance to Civil Initiatives" (CACI) is
a non-profit institution in Saratov region, based on the free will of
citizens. The mission of the organization is to assist the development and
recognition of civil initiatives for establishment and consolidation of
democratic society in Russia. The goals of CACI are:
* to foster the development of the Third sector NGOs and civil
initiatives groups promoting the civil concordance and possibility of easy
transition from common "State interest" into private one;
* to promote connexions and cooperation between governmental and
commercial organizations and the Third sector organizations;
* to facilitate cooperation among diverse organizations and groups of the
Third sector in our region, in Russia and with international NGOs.
