EE & NIS lists from CEP
Many CivilSoc subscribers know about the Civic Education
Project sponsored e-mail lists which focus on Eastern Europe
and the former USSR, including EE-Jobs. At some point in
the past few months CCSI (and probably many other
susbcribers) were deleted from from the subscriber files
without being notified. Subscription information follows:

All of these lists are configured such that one must first
subscribe to a list before one can post a message.
