CCSI's "Add an Organization" Entry Form and Guestbook
       http://www.friends-partners.org/~ccsi/orgentry.htm

Do you know of any organizations which plays an exemplary role in building
civil society? The CCSI Web site is dedicated to non-profit,
non-commercial organizations involved in work in the former Soviet Union
and Eastern Europe.

The latest addition to the CCSI Web Site is an Entry Form and Guestbook
for organizations that wish to add their information to the CCSI database.

This guestbook is designed to allow any individual to provide the detailed
information needed for CCSI to review the organization and add it to our
database. The form prompts the user to enter the pertinent information
often overlooked in e-mail submissions. The form has fields for
organization name, address, phone, fax, e-mail, Web site URL, contact
persons, and area of work followed by a space for the user to provide
information on the organization's mission, programs, and publications.

After finishing the form, and pressing the "Add the Information" button,
the organization's entry is immediately available to be read by any
visitor. This information will periodically be downloaded. reviewed and
added to CCSI's database of organizations and to the website.

We invite you to stop by the site and see the "Add an Organization" entry
form and the other new additions to the CCSI Web Site. Comments and
suggestions are still welcomed on our traditional guestbook.
