List members may recall my announcement on 5 March concerning
Transition, the journal published by the Open Media Research
Institute in Prague. I have today been informed that Transition
is currently collecting announcements from NGOs, which will be
published in the journal as a public service announcement. I have
attached the message from Anne Whipple, the OMRI Marketing Direc-
tor.

We are currently collecting materials for public service an-
nouncements in Transition, the OMRI magazine. For a regional NGO,
we will run their print ad as space allows, or we will include a
short (100 words or so) announcement in a section we're adding
that will be like classified ads. We hope this will make the
magazine an even more useful forum for the exchange of informa-
tion.

Unfortunately, we do not have the staff resources to be able to
produce a display ad for an organization, although of course we
can set the type for a simple announcement.
