I am a volunteer with a non-profit project which is providing support and
technical assistance to children with disabilities (ie. conditions not
necessarily related to Chernobyl) and their families in Dnepropetrovsk,
Ukraine. I am trying to locate additional information, such as current
medical, social and educational programs for children with disabilities in
the oblast as well as elsewhere, other non-profits working in this area,
and Ukrainian civil rights laws which might protect people with
disabilities. Any information you or your colleagues could guide me to
would be greatly appreciated.
