CCSI recently received the following e-mail message requesting

Republican Public Association "Golden Policy Centre"

The Republican Public Association "Golden Policy Centre" was
founded by a group of Belarusan experts and scientists skilled in
information technologies, the environment and public relations.
The Association is active in the following directions:
* designing computer-based aids for handicapped children and
unemployed mothers of such children;
* publishing about human rights issues.
Please, inform me about possibility of your support for the
following projects:
* Periodical "Woman's Newspaper. International" (newspaper is
published);
* "NGOs Editorial & Publishing Center" (planned);
* "Network-based Informational & Editorial Center for Handicapped
Homework" (planned).
