Handbook On Good Practices For Laws Relating To
Non-Governmental Organizations
Prepared For The World Bank by The International Center For Not-For-Profit
Law(ICNL). In 1995, the Bank commissioned ICNL to embark on a major study
of existing laws affecting the NGO sector world-wide, to distill important
principles for legislation and to offer sample good practices. Paperback,
127 pages (May 1997).
The International Guide To Nonprofit Law

This book provides an authoritative resource that guides non-profit,
corporate, and foundation mangers through legal minefields and provides
updated regulations and information about the countries that have recently
