Corruption Watch
"Corruption Watch" is a monthly e-mail bulletin which reports on
corruption issues in Ukraine. A recent issue included an analysis
of a new "Presidential Decree on Fighting Corruption" and the threat
corruption poses in the military, and brief reports of corruption
cases around the country. "Corruption Watch" is published by the
Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research in Kyiv. For
