Subject: URGENT: Novgorod contacts with NGOs and activists!

This is an urgent request:

My colleague from the Finnish Institute for International Affairs,
Christer Pursiainen, and I will be next week in Moscow and Novgorod to do
further research on Russian civil society ("against the state, with(in)
the state, or a transnational creation?"), and would like to get in touch
with activists, movements and organisations also in Novgorod.

Please let us know of any good contacts!

Next week the best to reach us is by tel (the Finnish mobile phone number
below), but we should be able to read e-mail as well. But preferably, any
info before next week would appreciated a lot.

Many thanks,

Heikki
