The RFP includes the following categories:

1. Women's Leadership Programs for Russia, Ukraine, Belarus,
   Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan
   and Uzbekistan.

2. Prevention of Trafficking in Women for Russia and Ukraine.

3. Distance Learning in the Field of Business Management for
   Russia.

4. Management and Financial Reform of Russian Universities for
   Russia.

5. Ethics in the public sector for Russia and Ukraine.
