[CivilSoc] Re:Terrorist Hijacking and bombings of World Trade Center and Pentagon

Please join us in urging all citizens of the US to pull together in a stable
and constructive response to the grievous attacks that occurred this
morning.  Disasters like this give us an opportunity to avoid panic and to
provide each other and the families of the victims, with our condolences and
assistance.  
The enemy, however, is not only the terrorists, but includes ourselves.  We
must not over-react and keep an even keel -- not run on the banks, not to
panic.  That is what the terrorists want us to do.  Instead, we should use
our communication to do just that -- communicate.  That includes us as
citizens and also our leaders.  We badly need our leaders to lead �s in
improving our international relationships and to focus on making the whole
world more safe and democratic place.
