I inform you that on October 20-21, 2001, in Tbilisi will be hold the III 
Annual Conference of the International Association "CAUCASUS: Ethnic 
Relations, Human Rights, Geopolitics" (IACERHRG).
Main themes of the Conference will be:
1) "The Caucasus: Human Rights and Education";
2) "The Rights of Nations and double standards in the contemporary World";
3) "Intercultural Relations of the Caucasian Nations";
4) "Problems of the Caucasian Geopolitics".
Deadline for registration (Name, degree, age, gender, organization, 
position, address, phone, fax, e-mail) - October 1, 2001 (Registration fee - 
50 USD).
Deadline for abstracts (1,5-2 pp) - October 1, 2001.
Languages: Georgian, English, Russian.
Time limit for the lectures - 15 min.
