Subject: our deepest sorrow
On behalf of SEEODN (South East European Organization Development
Network) and our members in the Balkans and staff in Sofia, I would
like to express our deepest sorrow to our friends and colleagues in
the United States for the lives lost in the terrible tragedies.
September 11, 2001 became one of the darkest days in human history.I
am shocked to learn of the horrific events that have taken place.
