CSRDG  The Centre for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia identifies itself as "an independent, non-political, non-profit, non-governmental organization" established in July, 1995.  It serves as a local think-tank and has sponsored a long list of publications.

Mission Statement   CSRDG identifies strategic problems and issues that are relevant to Georgia; performs research; develops principles for problem resolution, practical recommendations for their implementation; combines efforts of representatives from scientific, non-governmental and governmental media for improving the economic, social and political situation in the country; tries to affect the ongoing process of reforms.

Goals and Objectives  To concentrate the efforts of different organizations and persons for the creation of a national development strategy in the fields concerned;   Networking of the experts;   Promotion of public participation in decision making;  Public information and development of public awareness.

Donor/Partner Organizations The Netherlands Organization for International Cooperation Development - NOVIB, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung - FES, Georgian Young Lawyers Association - GYLA ,  and International Coordination Center for Farmers Education and Training - ICCFET.
