Institute (Russia, Siberia) is looking for a partner in EU/Phare country with similar status
(Non-for-profit organization) to apply for Tacis institution building partnership programme
(http://europa.eu.int/comm/europeaid/projects/ibpp/index_en.htm)
Institute of Civil Society Development (ICSD) specializes in:
- improving of citizens` juridical competence;
- providing assistance and development of civil society education for
young people;
- social partnership building;
- informational support for regional reforms.
- active social position development of the people.
The idea of our grant proposal concerns the housing services reform in Russia
and in Kemerovo region in particular. The aims of the project are to increase the management
competence among top executives and to inform people on reform process.
The pre-arranged activities of the project are the following:
1. Diagnostic seminar for educational needs among housing services top
executives.
2. Trainings in management, marketing, PR and other.
3. Study visit in partner country for housing top executives.
4. International conference summarizing European and Russian experience in
housing services development.
5. Issue of the free specialized newsletter twice a month.
6. Launch of Internet resource “Housing reform”.
7. Telephone City info service on housing issues where every citizen may
get the immediate answer.
