Khabrovskii Krai Chapter of the Russian Culture Fund

This organization preserves Russian culture; develops talents of gifted children and artists; and develops minority cultures and sciences. Programs include "Childhood," "Mercy," "Cooperation of Cultures," national cultures, and arranges exhibits throughout Russia and abroad. They constructed an art school for children, to commemorate Russian actors.

Art and Architecture Lyceum
