Program Officer
The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC),
a trade association, seeks a Program Officer for its CEE/Eurasia
Regional Energy Regulatory Program.
Responsibilities include: organizing international conferences, study
tours, and logistics, drafting correspondence, maintaining files &
databases, research. Requirements: 2-3 years professional experience
in a related field, conference organization experience, excellent
English writing skills, Russian language fluency, college degree in
International Relations or related field, strong organizational
skills. International and domestic travel required (approx. 25% of
time).  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be US citizen or have US work permit.
