The Eurasia Foundation, an international non-profit organization supporting
political, economic and communications development in the Newly Independent
States of the former Soviet Union, is seeking to fill the following
overseas:
Associate Director, Yerevan, Armenia 
Responsibilities include developing a semi-annual English Language
newsletter, success stories and press releases; in coordination with DC
headquarters HR Manager, orient staff on policies and procedures, maintain
personnel files,  and in coordination with Country Director, reviews all
payments for accuracy and compliance with Foundation policy.  Candidate
should have a college degree preferably in business or Russian language.
Field experience and Russian language skills required.
