responsible for managing the programmatic, marketing, financial,
reporting, and administrative portions of the Regional Exchange Program.
The position involves travel and representational duties.

(with a particular focus and emphasis on Serbia), and between CEE
organizations and counterparts in NIS.
REQUIREMENTS: The program officer will be a CEE/NIS national. He/she should
possess a graduate degree, preferably in political science, international

A high degree of fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory;
multiple regional languages are preferred. Prior experience in civil
society programming, broadly defined, is preferred. Familiarity with
international working environments is a plus.

The working language of FH Budapest is English.
