About the UHRC
--------------
The Uyghur Human Rights Coalition (UHRC) is dedicated to educating
Americans about the Chinese government's gross human rights
violations against the indigenous Uyghur people, who inhabit the
Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (known to the Uyghurs as East
Turkistan). In addition to education, the UHRC organizes campaigns
and actions to help end the Uyghur people's suffering.
