[CivilSoc] Tajik Organization Seeks Assistance

Dear friends,
We are Social Union 'Center of Democratic Transformations' from Tajikistan.
We are a young NGO basic interests of which deal with the support of
democratic changes in our society and governance. Our workers are scientists
and activists who have a solid experience and knowledge to do the
democratization effective.
Currently we are going to implement two projects: one - creation of the
technical and professional school inside the women`s prison in Tajikistan,
another - creation of the scientific and experimental laboratory for
economical use of electricity and gas in our region (Soghd area, Khujand).
We are working together for 6 years doing research works and publishing
works, preparing  the analytical material for our authority. But we could
not register our organization this April. It deals with the financial
problems, the salary which is not stable and taxes.
We would like to ask whether any members of CivilSoc could assist us
technically and register us as a Social Union of Tajikistan. If not, perhaps
you could advise us whom to address for help. We really need technical
support for now. Our organization and our projects are true-to-life,
necessary for poor people. This is not earning money from doing social work,
this is "clean" work.
