Public Relations Officer International philanthropic foundation seeks
experienced PR Officer. This position reports to the Director of Development
and is responsible for helping to craft and implement an organizational
public and press relations strategy that meets both the evolving needs of
the Foundation's headquarters and field offices. Principal activities
include training field staff, producing high quality outreach materials,
coordinating success story production, maintaining the web site,
coordinating outreach and fundraising events, and other support for the
development office. 
Applicants should have minimum of 5 years experience in writing and
producing publications and press releases. Reading ability in Russian
desired. Must have experience with Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Acrobat Writer,
Microsoft FrontPage, and either Adobe PhotoShop or Microsoft Photo Editor.
