At the site you will find links to the latest article (corporate governance
in Egypt happens to be this week's theme), plus links to back articles
organized by subject, region, date, and language of publication.  (Eight
languages are represented.)
A new service called the CIPE Technical Paper Series at
http://www.cipe.org/fs/techpapers provides a forum for the discussion of
various aspects of international development and aid programs. This series
presents topics in greater length and more detail than CIPE Feature Service
articles and is designed to foster debate on these issues. The Technical
Papers presented represent the opinion of their respective authors and not
necessarily that of CIPE.
