Dear friends,
Perm regional Law Center jointly with Udmurt regional resource Center for NGO support will carry out in capitol of Udmurt Republic Izhevsk in period 26-31 January 02 the series of measures under common name "The dialog of right defenders Perm-Izhevsk" . 
In particular, in frameworks of program exhibition "Man and prison" will be organized, where the art things, made by prisoners, will be showed. 
Also, a lot of various seminars, meetings, public lectures will be realized, for example, about rights on alternative civil service, rights of patients during medical help etc. Besides, the free juridical consulting will be organized.
We with pleasure invite you for participation in this program; it will be interest for all, including representatives from mass-media, state and municipal structures. 
All measures will be conducted in the center "Teenager" (Izhevsk, Udmurtskaya St. 245)
