1. Senior Legal Reform Advisor - COP - Balkans
DPK Consulting seeks a rule of law specialist to implement legal structures
and practices reform component of a project in the Balkans and direct and
oversee national and international experts implementing other project
components related to legal training and court administration and
management. The successful candidate must provide strategic and operational
leadership to develop and implement a holistic and integrated program
achieving measurable impacts with prior experience as a judge or a
prosecutor.
Applicants must have US citizenship and be fluent in English. Applicants
must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be a member of the
bar of a state in the United States and have a minimum of 10-15 years of
progressively more responsible legal work experience, and 5 years of
experience working in the area of judicial and legal reform and rule of law
programs in foreign countries. Applicants with rule of law/ judicial system
reform programs in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union preferred. 2
year commitment required.

2. Legal Training Advisor - Balkans
DPK Consulting is looking for an experienced legal training specialist to
implement the legal training component of a Legal Reform Support project in
the Balkans. Applicants must have US citizenship and be fluent in English.
Applicants must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, an
advanced degree in court administration and management or an advanced degree
in an educational or training-related field. Applicants should have a
minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible work as a training
specialist, training curriculum designer and/or training program manager,
with at least 5 years of experience working in planning and managing
training programs for judges, court clerks and other legal professionals.
Prior experience with rule of law/ judicial system reform programs in
Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union preferred. DPK Consulting seeks
