[CivilSoc] recently amended electoral code of Armenia

Dear Colleagues:
Those of you interested in downloading a copy of Armenia's Electoral Code, 
amended by the National Assembly on 7/3/02, can download a PDF copy from the 
"Laws" section of IFES/Armenia's website at www.ifes.am.  Html versions in 
English and Armenian are also available at our site. An Armenian PDF version 
will be available shortly.
Those following developments in Armenia know that on October 20th, 666 
communities will be holding elections for community leaders and community 
council members.  February 2003 is presidential elections and May 2003 
parliamentary elections.  Therefore, IFES/Armenia hopes that you will find 
of value and interest the country's amended UEC.
