Program Manager - Eurasia
The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners
(NARUC), a trade association, seeks a Program Manager for its CEE/Eurasia
Regional Energy Regulatory Program. This is an 18-month position with the
possibility of extension dependent on grant funding. Responsibilities
include: organizing international conferences, study tours, partnerships,
statistical data analysis, website development, research, marketing.
Requirements: 3-4 years professional experience in a related field,
supervisory skills, conference organization experience, internet website
development skills, excellent English writing skills, Russian language
fluency (Serbo-Croatian a plus), masters degree in International Relations
or related field preferred, strong organizational skills, and experience
living or working in the region. International and domestic travel
required (approx. 25% of time). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office;
advanced knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, CGI scripts, Adobe Photoshop
