My name is Eve Reinhardt and I work for NBC's THE JOHN WALSH SHOW. I am
interested in doing a segment on women's reproductive health in developing
countries and how America can help address those concerns.
I've contacted many sources--UNFPA, Congressmen/women, adoption
agencies--and I've been trying to research all this from the ground up,
hoping to find enough human interest story (as if there weren't already
enough) to package a pitch for a possible show here at NBC. The reason I've
contacted international adoption agencies is because I'm trying to find
interviews with individuals who have maybe had any experiences in countries
where the need for education and health, including reproductive health, is
great--and necessary if these countries are to sustain development. Just
the same, your organization may have volunteers, workers--anyone--who have
had experience with these issues. I am looking for people whose stories
might reflect these issues.
The more research I can get under my belt, the better chance I have to bring
this issue to the table and then hopefully, to the viewers....
If you know of anyone who might be interested in speaking with me, your help
would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your time,
Sincerely,
Eve Reinhardt
