Project Manager for Legal Reform Project, Russia
International Consultancy based in Moscow urgently seeks experienced Project
Manager for 18-month Tacis legal reform project expected to start in
September 2003.
Professional qualities required:
Legal background, including registration before the Bar of an EU country;
Highly developed project management skills, preferably acquired on technical
assistance projects, including managing teams of expatriate and local
technical specialists;
Familiarity with the processes of drafting and adopting legislation;
Excellent spoken and written English.
A track record including one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Organization of training programs for government officials;
- Familiarity with public awareness campaigns;
- Experience of industrial and intellectual property law;
- Knowledge of written and spoken Russian;
- Experience of EU tendering procedures.
