We publish the Expat List Service Website and Expat 
Mailing List to post and receive international job 
announcements related to various development fields: 
microfinance, poverty alleviation, community development, 
institution development, governance, health care, 
population, food security, agriculture, education, human 
resource development, disability rehabilitation, natural 
resource management, information technology, and rural 
development. We are a free service reaching 37,500 
readers worldwide with a direct membership of nearly 
15,000 members. We have been publishing since 1994 and 
have worked with sponsored aid programmes such as Phare, 
Tacis, MEDA, EDF, DfID, ADB, WB USAID AusAid, etc., 
ELS enables organizations and consultants to reach each 
other at the touch of a button. It was formed by a team 
of senior-level development industry professionals who 
have been frustrated by the amount of time and money 
donors, businesses, NGOs, and consultants waste dealing
