[CivilSoc] Partnerships with Volga region--U.S.-Russia and Russia-Russia

IREX is making available Requests for Applications (RFA) for the Round III
phase of the Partnerships, Networking, Empowerment and Roll-Out Program
(PartNER).  The PartNER program provides funding for
US-Russia and Russia-Russia partnerships to implement projects that promote
the socio-economic development of the Volga Federal District in Russia.
PartNER is funded by the US Agency for International Development and
administered by IREX (International Research & Exchanges Board). Additional
information about the PartNER program can be found on the IREX web site:

Note to Organizations Seeking a Partner:
U.S. or Russian organizations that wish to apply for funding in the Round
III phase of the PartNER program but do not yet have a partner may visit the
IREX web site to view the PartNER online database of
organizations at http://www.irex.org/volgapartner/database.asp.  The
database consists of Russian and U.S. organizations seeking potential
partners with which to cooperate in this Round of competitions.   Should
you find a potentially suitable organization in the database, you are highly
encouraged to contact that organization using the information provided.  You
may also contact IREX if you have questions regarding the
database or potential partnership organizations.
Organizations that wish to be included in the PartNER online database should
fill out and submit the Profile Application that can be found at:
