Dear friends:
We are Moscow based Chechen NGO - the Fund for Humanitarian Assistance to
the Chechen Republic, established by the Institute of Ethnology and
Anthropology, Russian Academy of Sciences in 2000 (for more information
www.chechenfund.ru). We would be very grateful to establish partner
relations with NGOs from SEE, CEE, particularly countries, experienced
ethnic conflicts and violence. At the moment (apart from a number of bright
ideas regarding post-conflict reconstruction in Chechnya) we are concerned
with networking of youth NGOs from Chechen Republic and engangement it in
regional policy issues and initiate their active part at the reconstruction.
We would be extremely grateful to suggestions for cooperation from the
same-experienced countries and we would try to apply for TACIS BISTRO
Regional Project Grants Program.
