Dear colleguae,
We are in the process of preparing a telecottege project
revolving the creation of telecottege and ecological information
centre with the 1st IP internet connection in Republic Belarus.
The Aim of the project is to provide multi-level I.P. internet
based services to our region.
We are seeking the Interested in conducting projects in
Belarus in joint effort. Telecottege projects consists Ecological
information centre and includes Network based information
services and modern radio telephone communication for individuals
and small business assistance of a province of Republic Belarus.
We are still seeking sponsors. Funding can be arranged as US
Tax Deductable, or made as joint business.
