The Center for International Affairs at the Council of State Governments
is seeking partners in Ukraine for a legislative exchange project. We
have a group of state legislators who have expressed an interest in
Ukraine and we would like to approach a foundation or the private sector
about sponsoring a legislative exchange between state-level elected
officials and elected officials in Ukraine.
