With USAID support, a new manual "Taxation and Bookkeeping for Russian
NGOs" has just been published. This manual is designed to assist NGOs with
properly reporting and paying taxes. Russian organizations that wrote the
manual include the Russian Association of Independent Science, The Center
for Democracy and the Program to Support Public Initiatives.
Authors are: Pavel Yurevich Gamol'skiy and Lyubov' Ivanovna Kuksa.
