My name is Elena Rockhill, and I am a coordinator for the Women's
Educational Center in Magadan, Russian Far East. We are a new
non-governmental organization, the result of the collaboration of Russian
and American (Alaskan ) women. We need to find information on the
development of women's NGOs, and in particular, Women's Crisis Centers in
Russia.
The information we are interested in relates to any research that has been
done on this topic; any projects done in this field and maybe some
internal reports written on the results of these projects; names and
addresses, especially working E-mail addresses, of Women's Crisis Centers.
Any information on what challenges do Women's Crisis Centers experience
and what obstacles do they meet in their development.
