USIA announces a Request for Proposals for the College and University
Partnerships Program for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Moldova.
Grants of up to $200,000 will be available to US institutions of higher
education to form linkages (including faculty exchange and curriculum
development) with counterparts from the above countries in selected
